Manager

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations by being hands-on during service
• Resolve guest complaints calmly and promptly to ensure high satisfaction
• Lead the team with kindness and respect, fostering an inclusive culture
• Ensure all team members deliver a great guest experience and upsell effectively
• Maintain excellent product knowledge of food and beverage offerings
• Maintain accurate records for Health and Safety, Food Safety, and ordering
• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and professional appearance
• Seek opportunities to innovate and improve service standards

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing food and beverage service
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Highly developed attention to detail and record-keeping abilities
• Ability to work under pressure to meet business needs
• A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for hospitality
• Barista experience is considered an advantage
