Manager, Workplace Services

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing Workplace team, driving accountability and service excellence
• Oversee day-to-day workplace operations, including guest experience, events, food and beverage, facilities, and vendor management
• Own the end-to-end workplace experience to ensure a seamless environment aligned with business needs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional partners in HR, IT, Security, and Real Estate
• Manage budgets, processes, and scalable operational frameworks to enhance efficiency
• Monitor workplace performance through feedback and metrics to drive continuous improvement
• Support business continuity, operational readiness, and workplace safety initiatives

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in workplace, hospitality, or operations leadership
• Proven experience leading and developing teams or individual contributors
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work flexible hours and respond to workplace needs as required
• Ability to perform active, on-site responsibilities, including lifting up to 50 lbs
