Manager, Web & App Digital Experience

LA28 is the independent, non-profit, privately funded organizing committee for the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games. Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of web and app initiatives, from planning through execution
• Align cross-functional teams including Content, Social, MarTech, Fan Data, and Integrated Marketing
• Translate business goals and fan experience needs into actionable plans, requirements, and workflows
• Manage timelines, dependencies, and priorities across multiple workstreams
• Partner with Web Content Managers to execute content initiatives and support publishing operations
• Identify and drive improvements to the end-to-end user experience across web and app
• Establish and improve scalable processes across intake, planning, and collaboration
• Track performance and resolve blockers to keep initiatives moving forward

Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in digital product, program management, or digital experience roles
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional digital initiatives across web and/or mobile platforms
• Strong understanding of CMS platforms, digital ecosystems, and content-driven experiences
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive alignment across teams
• Experience translating business needs into clear requirements and execution plans
• Experience working with external partners, vendors, or platform providers
• Bachelor's degree preferred
