Manager - Wealth and Asset Management - Consulting

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with traditional and alternative Fund Managers and Asset Servicers on strategic and business transformation projects.
• Design and implement target operating models based on operational and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze regulatory requirements and design practical solutions for compliance and risk management procedures.
• Conceptualize and implement the integration of sustainability and ESG factors into business processes and IT systems.
• Design effective risk management frameworks and perform periodic risk assessments.
• Assist in the development of new consulting solutions and act as a thought leader within the Wealth & Asset Management ecosystem.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in consulting or in a Compliance, Risk Management, or operational role at a Management Company/AIFM or Asset Servicing Firm.
• Strong project management skills with experience delivering portfolios of projects and business transformations.
• Sound knowledge of key regulatory topics, specifically UCITS and AIFMD.
• Solid understanding of the key operational processes of fund managers or asset servicers.
• Fluent English is required, along with at least one additional European language.
• Strong coaching skills, problem-solving attitude, and the ability to develop and market EY services.
