Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of consulting projects focused on the development of cards and payments products for Visa clients
• Work with bank stakeholders to define project scope, product value propositions, and implementation roadmaps
• Conduct customer, market, and profitability analyses related to cards and payments products
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Visa and client organizations to support project delivery and implementation
• Prepare project deliverables, analyses, and executive-level presentation materials
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency, and effective collaboration
• Manage competing priorities and maintain high standards of professional execution in fast-paced environments

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering end-to-end change or transformation projects in a consulting environment
• Strong project management skills with experience in Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to design and operate governance structures and lead decision-making forums
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, including experience engaging senior executives
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a strategic mindset
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information for various audiences
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and reprioritize quickly in fast-moving environments
