Manager, Virtual Card Supplier Enablement

Responsibilities

• Coach, develop, and motivate a team of 7–10 supplier enablement specialists through real-time feedback and regular 1:1s
• Drive consistency and quality in outreach and documentation to ensure correct virtual card enablement
• Manage daily outbound activity, pipeline, and workload distribution to meet revenue and conversion targets
• Champion the adoption of AI and automation tools to streamline repetitive tasks and improve efficiency
• Uphold high customer experience standards and resolve day-to-day escalations
• Collaborate with Card Team, Payment Delivery, and Customer Support to resolve recurring issues and report on performance metrics

Requirements

• 3+ years of front-line people management experience in high-volume operations or sales (e.g., outbound sales, telesales, or collections)
• Proven ability to drive performance against KPIs and SLAs
• Strong data and metrics orientation with experience using dashboards and reporting tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations Management, or equivalent practical experience
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Zendesk, MS Excel, and Google Suite
• Excellent coaching, communication, and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in payments, fintech, or B2B sales (virtual card, ePayables, commercial card, merchant processing, or eProcurement)
• Experience managing early-career staff and driving measurable results against quotas
