Manager, Venue Planning & Operations-Road Courses

Responsibilities

• Lead the integration of all broadcast requirements for road course events
• Develop comprehensive broadcast operational plans for mobile production platforms, RF transmission, and course coverage
• Coordinate complex city logistics including aerial and ground coverage patterns
• Work with technology partners to ensure integration of audio splits, timing, and scoring data
• Coordinate communications with OBS Production and Planning teams
• Facilitate venue site surveys for OBS and Media Right Holders
• Establish relationships with Venue Infrastructure, Technology, and Games Operations teams
• Support Media Rights Holders with implementation plans aligned with venue infrastructure

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience
• 7+ years of experience in broadcast production and operations preferred
• Significant experience managing large-scale road course events (e.g., marathons, cycling races)
• Experience working with international broadcast organizations
• Proven success building relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to work onsite in a Downtown Los Angeles-based office
