Manager, Venue Look of the Games

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the central design team to apply the Look Kit of Parts across assigned venues
• Translate creative direction into actionable venue-specific plans
• Provide feedback on design feasibility and placement based on venue constraints
• Manage and present venue and zone-level plans to stakeholders
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and daily support to Venue Look Associates
• Partner with venue teams to integrate Look delivery into broader readiness efforts
• Oversee installation, maintenance, and decommissioning of Look assets during Games-time
• Coordinate with Brand, Sport, Broadcast, and Infrastructure teams for optimal asset placement

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in event operations, venue management, or design implementation
• Experience leading or mentoring junior staff or managing multiple workstreams
• Ability to manage projects with shifting timelines and diverse teams
• Familiarity with venue environments and functional area interactions
• Experience working with contractors or vendors to deliver physical assets
• Proficiency in project tracking tools like Excel or Smartsheet
• Bachelor’s degree in project management, sports marketing, or a related field
