About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead a team within the Pilot Hall E/E organization to facilitate collaboration between R&D and Production
- Identify, analyze, root cause, and resolve issues during the vehicle commissioning process
- Manage software changes, technical change management, and project reporting for electric/electronic systems
- Hire, train, and develop team members while fostering teamwork
- Plan and manage annual administrative, operational, and capital budgets
- Define and track group KPIs to ensure quality, volume, and cost goals
- Minimize production downtime, scrap, and rework costs
- Manage the verification and issue analysis process for new product introductions
- Lead cross-functional teams to support Production, Technical Development, Quality, and After Sales
- Coordinate vehicle software changes and present release notes
- Generate electronic project status reports and management summaries
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience in car production, development, and diagnostics
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent automotive/electronic focus
- Proven leadership experience
- Extensive knowledge of vehicle engineering and manufacturing processes
- Strong organizational navigation and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Strategic problem-solving and forward-thinking mindset
