About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team within the Pilot Hall E/E organization to facilitate collaboration between R&D and Production
  • Identify, analyze, root cause, and resolve issues during the vehicle commissioning process
  • Manage software changes, technical change management, and project reporting for electric/electronic systems
  • Hire, train, and develop team members while fostering teamwork
  • Plan and manage annual administrative, operational, and capital budgets
  • Define and track group KPIs to ensure quality, volume, and cost goals
  • Minimize production downtime, scrap, and rework costs
  • Manage the verification and issue analysis process for new product introductions
  • Lead cross-functional teams to support Production, Technical Development, Quality, and After Sales
  • Coordinate vehicle software changes and present release notes
  • Generate electronic project status reports and management summaries

Requirements

  • 7+ years of professional experience in car production, development, and diagnostics
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent automotive/electronic focus
  • Proven leadership experience
  • Extensive knowledge of vehicle engineering and manufacturing processes
  • Strong organizational navigation and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Strategic problem-solving and forward-thinking mindset
