Manager, Value & Access Transformation Initiatives

Responsibilities

• Drive the full lifecycle of data science projects and guide associates in developing technical solutions
• Act as the business owner and manager for the proprietary AI engine used to optimize Copay
• Manage the AI tool roadmap in collaboration with global cross-functional teams
• Develop and deploy applied, predictive, and prescriptive analytics using machine learning and statistical methods
• Oversee a team of 2-4 associates, including setting performance standards and monitoring progress
• Translate complex business needs into technical specifications for AI-driven automation and insights
• Build and integrate custom applications, intelligent dashboards, and automated workflows

Requirements

• 8-13 years of post-degree experience in a STEM field (Computer Science, Statistics, etc.)
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Information Systems
• Proficiency in analytic software languages such as Python or R
• Strong foundation in machine learning algorithms and statistical techniques (regression, clustering, classification)
• Foundational understanding of the US pharmaceutical ecosystem, including claims, prescription, and EMR data sets

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with MLOps practices and tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, or Airflow
• Proficiency with ML libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
• Experience with DevOps tools including Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD
• Knowledge of NLP techniques for text and sentiment analysis
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and the Databricks platform
• Relevant professional certifications in AWS, Python, or Machine Learning
