Manager - Valuation and Litigation Consulting

Responsibilities

• Provide litigation support through research and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data
• Deliver high-quality consulting work on client projects, including damages analysis
• Conduct fact-based investigations to test the validity of allegations
• Lead the production and drafting of expert reports under the guidance of an Expert Witness
• Communicate findings and suggestions to clients and manage expectations
• Build complex models to analyze economic and financial data using spreadsheets and databases
• Conduct technology-enabled analysis of data to identify anomalies, relationships, or trends
• Manage multiple projects within deadlines and assist with business development activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience as a CPA, CFE, Forensic Accountant, or in a similar consulting role
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in roles focusing on Valuation
• Minimum of 2 years in forensic or financial consulting with a focus on litigation support
• Experience supporting expert witnesses and collaborating with legal teams
• Experience drafting and managing expert reports for commercial disputes
• Experience analyzing and calculating damages
• Solid background in data analysis and financial modeling

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SQL
