About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive pipeline and revenue growth across enterprise and multinational accounts
  • Support Account Based Marketing (ABM) programs targeting key employers, brokers, and insurers
  • Create multi-channel campaigns across email, social media, digital, and partner channels
  • Lead the planning and execution of high-ROI events, including conferences, webinars, and executive roundtables
  • Partner closely with sales, product marketing, and client success teams to align marketing with growth priorities
  • Track and report on campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and marketing ROI using data-driven insights
  • Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, providing coaching and mentorship
  • Adapt messaging and campaigns for regional and cultural relevance in US and Latin American markets

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing leadership
  • 3-5+ years of proven experience in team leadership and building high-performing teams
  • Demonstrated success executing ABM and enterprise demand generation programs
  • Experience marketing to enterprise organizations, brokers, and multinational employers
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, email marketing, and marketing automation platforms
  • Strong analytical skills with experience measuring marketing ROI and effectiveness
  • Professional fluency in both English and Spanish

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare, HR technology, behavioral health, or employee benefits sectors
  • Familiarity with broker ecosystems in the employee wellbeing space
  • Experience supporting RFPs, proposals, and sales enablement
