About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive pipeline and revenue growth across enterprise and multinational accounts
- Support Account Based Marketing (ABM) programs targeting key employers, brokers, and insurers
- Create multi-channel campaigns across email, social media, digital, and partner channels
- Lead the planning and execution of high-ROI events, including conferences, webinars, and executive roundtables
- Partner closely with sales, product marketing, and client success teams to align marketing with growth priorities
- Track and report on campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and marketing ROI using data-driven insights
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, providing coaching and mentorship
- Adapt messaging and campaigns for regional and cultural relevance in US and Latin American markets
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing leadership
- 3-5+ years of proven experience in team leadership and building high-performing teams
- Demonstrated success executing ABM and enterprise demand generation programs
- Experience marketing to enterprise organizations, brokers, and multinational employers
- Proficiency in CRM systems, email marketing, and marketing automation platforms
- Strong analytical skills with experience measuring marketing ROI and effectiveness
- Professional fluency in both English and Spanish
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare, HR technology, behavioral health, or employee benefits sectors
- Familiarity with broker ecosystems in the employee wellbeing space
- Experience supporting RFPs, proposals, and sales enablement
