Responsibilities

• Lead and mobilize the team to achieve common objectives
• Contribute to the prioritization of employee development axes
• Promote omnichannel offers, products, and services to drive sales
• Propose merchandising improvements to highlight assortments
• Ensure a high-quality shopping experience for new customers
• Supervise sales floor animation and customer events
• Communicate the target vision and involve teams in activity management
• Supervise shelf maintenance and product availability

Requirements

• Bac +3 degree from a business school or equivalent
• Currently seeking an apprenticeship in distribution or commerce
• Passion for gastronomy
• Strong customer relationship skills
• Proficiency with IT tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or interest in the retail/distribution sector
• Ability to work in a dynamic, physical environment involving heavy loads
