Responsibilities

• Manage and mobilize teams using a coach-manager approach to achieve objectives and develop skills
• Act as a liaison between different departments
• Define, implement, and monitor business strategies and action plans
• Track performance indicators and implement corrective measures
• Supervise product availability and ensure proper department maintenance
• Drive sales by proposing assortment highlights and managing the sales floor
• Identify customer needs to adjust service and ensure a high-quality shopping experience
• Organize commercial animations to strengthen partnerships

Requirements

• Significant management experience, ideally in retail or service industries
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Strong communication skills to act as a team liaison
• Ability to work in a physical environment involving heavy loads and handling equipment
