Responsibilities

• Manage and mobilize teams using a coach-manager approach to achieve objectives and develop skills
• Act as a liaison between different services
• Define strategy, implement action plans, and monitor performance indicators
• Supervise product availability and ensure the proper maintenance of the product universe
• Animate the sales area and propose assortments to highlight products
• Identify client needs to adjust commercial actions and ensure a high-quality shopping experience
• Organize commercial animations to strengthen partnerships

Requirements

• Significant experience in management, ideally in distribution or service sectors
• Results-oriented and customer satisfaction-focused mindset
• Strong communication skills to act as a relay for teams
• Proactive attitude with a desire to work in a stimulating commercial environment
