Responsibilities

• Manage and mobilize teams using a manager-coach approach to achieve objectives and develop skills
• Act as a relay between different services
• Define and implement strategies and action plans
• Monitor performance indicators and implement corrective measures
• Supervise product availability and maintain the department's standards
• Drive sales through merchandising and product assortment proposals
• Identify client needs and ensure a high-quality shopping experience
• Organize commercial animations to strengthen partnerships

Requirements

• Significant experience in management, ideally in distribution or service sectors
• Results-oriented and customer-focused mindset
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a physical environment involving heavy loads and handling equipment
