Responsibilities

• Manage and mobilize teams using a coach-manager approach to reach objectives and develop skills
• Act as a relay between different services
• Define and implement strategies and action plans
• Monitor performance indicators and implement corrective measures
• Supervise product availability and department maintenance
• Propose and implement product assortments and sales animations
• Identify client needs and ensure a high-quality shopping experience
• Organize commercial animations to strengthen partnerships

Requirements

• Significant experience in management, ideally in distribution or service sectors
• Results-oriented and customer-satisfaction focused mindset
• Strong communication skills to act as a team relay
• Ability to handle heavy loads and use handling equipment in a fresh environment
