Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Governance, and Business Continuity Management (BCM) advisory services to global clients.
• Lead end-to-end implementation of ERM frameworks, BCM strategies, and Corporate Governance structures.
• Manage client relationships and act as a primary point of contact for senior stakeholders.
• Participate in business development activities and contribute to the development of client proposals.
• Supervise, mentor, and manage team members to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Oversee project management, including Business Impact Analysis, Risk Assessments, and Crisis Management planning.
• Stay updated on evolving laws and regulations governing ERM, BCM, and Corporate Governance in India, UAE, and the US.

Requirements

• Qualified CA or MBA.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in Risk & Controls or consulting.
• Proven experience in end-to-end ERM implementation, including risk appetite and tolerance limits.
• Extensive experience in BCM implementation, including Business Impact Analysis and Business Continuity Plans.
• Strong knowledge of Corporate Governance, including Board matters and Delegation of Authority.
• Professional certifications in ERM (e.g., IRM, ISO 31000) and BCM (e.g., ISO 22301, CBCP, CBCI).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple engagements and deadlines.
• Willingness to travel on short notice as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of UAE and US Corporate Governance laws.
• Familiarity with the Companies Act (India), SCA (UAE), and SEC (US) requirements.
• Experience with IT Disaster Recovery.
• Working knowledge of the COSO ERM framework.
