Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and architect NetSuite implementations, configurations, and optimizations to align with business requirements.
• Analyze and map core financial processes including General Ledger, AP/AR, Revenue Recognition, and Supply Chain.
• Configure and customize NetSuite using SuiteFlow, saved searches, and reports to enhance system functionality.
• Collaborate with business leaders and IT teams to gather requirements and translate needs into technical solutions.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements within the ERP environment.
• Manage data migration efforts, including extraction, transformation, and validation.
• Provide user training, documentation, and post-go-live support to ensure effective system adoption.
• Mentor junior team members and assist with practice and business development activities.

Requirements

• 5-6+ years of experience in NetSuite implementation and consulting, specifically focusing on financial modules.
• NetSuite Certification is required (e.g., SuiteFoundation, Administrator, or ERP Consultant).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite configurations, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics.
• Proficiency in business process mapping and optimization.
• Experience using project management tools such as JIRA or Asana.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience writing professional deliverables such as BRDs, TDDs, and SOPs.
