Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Enterprise Data Management (EDM) frameworks based on DAMA, CMMI, and DCAM best practices.
• Conduct data maturity assessments to identify improvement areas and define master data governance policies.
• Establish data quality frameworks including profiling, cleansing, enrichment, and deduplication for Vendor, Customer, Material, and Pricing master data.
• Implement metadata management strategies, including data catalogs, lineage tracking, and glossaries.
• Develop and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models to ensure enterprise-wide consistency.
• Define and monitor KPIs for data quality to ensure compliance with business and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in IT, finance, procurement, and operations to align data objectives.
• Lead tool evaluations for data governance, MDM, and metadata platforms.
• Assist in automating manual data processes and workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
• Support the setup and operationalization of a centralized Data Management Office (DMO).

Requirements

• 5 to 12 years of experience in enterprise data management, data governance, and MDM.
• Deep expertise in EDM, MDM, and Data Governance frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ECC or S4HANA.
• Proficiency in data governance tools such as Collibra (preferred), Informatica, Talend, Alation, or MS Purview.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) designation.
• SAP MDG certification.
• Lean Six Sigma certification.
• Experience in consulting or industry roles involving supply chain, procurement, or finance domains.
• Familiarity with BI & Analytics tools like Power BI, Snowflake, or Azure.
