Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive internal control frameworks in alignment with COSO, SOX, and other regulatory standards.
• Lead the development and execution of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) programs, including risk identification and mitigation strategies.
• Manage global delivery teams to execute control testing, risk assessments, and compliance reviews efficiently.
• Provide strategic guidance to clients on internal controls, ERM, and preparing for regulatory audits.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop tailored proposals to expand client portfolios.
• Mentor and lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration between onshore and offshore resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in consulting, specifically focusing on internal controls, ERM, and global delivery operations.
• Required professional certification: CPA, CIA, or CISA.
• Deep expertise in internal control frameworks such as COSO and COBIT.
• Strong knowledge of SOX compliance, governance, and risk assessment processes.
• Proven ability to manage global delivery operations and drive cross-border collaboration.
