Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end consulting engagements focused on capital management strategies, regulatory gap assessments, and Basel IV implementation.
• Advise clients on compliance with Basel III/IV frameworks, including FRTB, capital allocation, and optimization initiatives.
• Support ICAAP review and implementation, including framework development, Pillar II risk assessments, and stress testing.
• Design and implement robust capital planning, forecasting, and stress testing frameworks to improve institutional resilience.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for executive-level stakeholders (CROs, CFOs, Treasurers) on RWA optimization and capital strategy.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and mentor junior consultants to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Contribute to business development through proposal writing, client pitches, and identifying new market opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or a related field (Master's or MBA preferred).
• 2-8+ years of experience in capital management, ICAAP, regulatory compliance (Basel III/IV), or capital allocation.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory capital frameworks, ICAAP, ILAAP, and RWA calculations.
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end consulting projects or leading strategic internal initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications such as CFA, FRM, or PRM.
• Experience with capital stress testing, scenario analysis, and advanced capital planning tools.
• Familiarity with liquidity management, credit risk modeling, market risk measurement, and treasury functions.
