Manager

Responsibilities

• Advise CFOs, COOs, and CIOs on digital finance processes, technology implementation, and enterprise value.
• Support finance process reengineering, including Chart of Accounts design, financial data integration, and KPI rationalization.
• Align ERP "out of the box" functionality with desired future-state finance capabilities.
• Drive design consensus and key program decisions through effective stakeholder engagement and executive presence.
• Navigate complex global transformation engagements to deliver results within established timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 4-7 years of relevant Finance Operations or Transformation experience, OR a Master's degree with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in finance process reengineering, financial close optimization, or transformation roadmap development.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end finance processes (e.g., Record to Report, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay).
• Deep understanding of ERP systems and their alignment with critical business processes.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and storyboarding skills.
• Robust proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Agile program delivery and "Finance in a Digital World" technologies (robotics, predictive analytics, visualization).
• Functional specialization in major ERPs such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Practical experience in FP&A, EPM, or finance system transformation.
• Exposure to working with global stakeholders or in non-India geographies (e.g., US).
• Industry-specific knowledge in sectors such as Telecom, Financial Services, Technology, or Life Sciences.
