Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Governance, and Business Continuity Management (BCM) advisory services to global clients.
• Perform process walkthroughs to identify key activities, risks, and controls, and review documentation such as process narratives, flowcharts, and risk control matrices.
• Identify design gaps in processes and recommend remedial measures.
• Test the design and operating effectiveness of assigned controls and discuss deficiencies with management.
• Drive projects independently within given timelines and supervise/mentor team members.
• Support senior leadership in managing client relationships and acting as a primary point of contact.
• Contribute to business development through high-quality client deliverables and professional development initiatives.

Requirements

• 4-8 years of relevant post-qualification experience in risk management.
• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), or MBA.
• Strong working knowledge of ERM, BCM, and Corporate Governance.
• Deep understanding of the COSO Framework and Internal Control Over Financial Reporting (ICOFR).
• Proven experience with BCM implementation, including Business Impact Analysis, Risk Assessment, and Crisis Management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet stringent deadlines.
• Willingness to travel on short notice as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in ERM (e.g., IRM, ISO 31000).
• Certifications in BCM (e.g., ISO 22301, CBCP, or CBCI).
• Knowledge of UAE and US Corporate Governance laws.
• Experience with IT Disaster Recovery.
