Manager

Responsibilities

• Advise CFOs, COOs, and CIOs on digital finance transformation, process optimization, and technology implementation.
• Deliver as-a-service solutions for finance processes, operations, and supporting technology.
• Align ERP functionality with desired future state capabilities, including chart of accounts and enterprise structures.
• Utilize AI and LLM platforms through effective prompt engineering to prepare design artifacts, interactive models, and proof of concepts.
• Manage complex global transformation engagements and drive design consensus among stakeholders.
• Support functional areas such as close process optimization, billing, collections, and cash flow forecasting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of relevant Finance Operations or Transformation experience.
• Master's degree with 8+ years of relevant Finance Operations or Transformation experience.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and digital finance ecosystems.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint (storyboarding) and Excel.
• Hands-on experience with AI/LLM prompt engineering and enterprise LLM platforms.
• Ability to travel within and outside India as required by engagement needs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Agile program delivery and SAP S/4HANA transformation.
• Deep knowledge of finance processes such as Record to Report (R2R), Order to Cash (O2C), and Procure to Pay (P2P).
• Practical experience in Finance system transformation, FP&A, or EPM.
• Exposure to working with global stakeholders or in non-India geographies (e.g., US).
• Familiarity with automation technologies including Agentic solutions, low-code/no-code, and cloud platforms.
