Responsibilities

• Advise CFOs, COOs, and CIOs on digital finance transformation, process optimization, and technology implementation.
• Implement and deliver as-a-service solutions for finance processes, operations, and supporting technology.
• Align ERP "out of box" functionality with desired future state capabilities, including chart of accounts and enterprise structures.
• Drive design consensus and key program decisions through effective stakeholder engagement and executive presence.
• Utilize AI and LLM platforms through effective prompt engineering to prepare design artifacts, interactive models, and proof of concepts.
• Navigate complex global transformation engagements to deliver results within established timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree with 10+ years of relevant Finance Operations or Transformation experience, or a Masters degree with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Deep expertise in end-to-end finance processes (e.g., Close process, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, or Revenue Recognition).
• Strong understanding of digital finance ecosystems, including vendor/customer portals, reconciliation tools, and agentic solutions.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint (storyboarding) and Excel.
• Demonstrated ability in AI/LLM prompt engineering and working with enterprise LLM platforms.
• Strong consulting skills, including structured problem-solving and strategic thinking.
• Ability to travel within India and internationally as required by engagement needs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Agile program delivery.
• Functional specialization in SAP S/4HANA (Certified or transformation advisor experience).
• Practical experience in Finance system transformation, FP&A, or EPM.
• Knowledge of "Finance in a Digital World" technologies such as low-code/no-code automation and cloud platforms.
• Industry-specific expertise in Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals, Telecommunications, or Financial Services.
• Exposure to working with global stakeholders or in non-India geographies (e.g., the US).
