About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate workshops with business stakeholders to facilitate annual self-assessments, including critical service identification and dependency mapping.
- Manage the testing of critical business services, covering test planning, execution, and post-test reporting.
- Develop risk reporting to highlight key vulnerabilities and remediation steps.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders in IT, Cyber, Business Continuity, TPRM, and Operational Risk to ensure program consistency.
- Support compliance with evolving internal and external regulatory guidelines and prepare reports for regulatory bodies.
- Collaborate with the Incident Response Coordinator to manage responses to incidents and participate in post-incident reviews.
- Support the controls framework by ensuring timely closure of regulatory findings and audits.
Requirements
- Experience supporting large, complex programs and engaging stakeholders across different lines of defense and regions.
- Proven ability to identify, articulate, and mitigate key risks within an operational resilience framework.
- Strong understanding of Operational Resilience principles, business continuity, and disaster recovery.
- Knowledge of risk assessment, Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) strategies, and incident response processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel for data analytics and PowerPoint for developing senior-level presentations.
- Experience in the financial services industry is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct experience within Capital Markets.
- Basic understanding of the technology and cyber landscape and its associated risks.
