Manager - TSD Fire Safety Compliance

Responsibilities

• Oversee all TSD fire-safety corrective actions and compliance activities to ensure they are approved, implemented, and tracked.
• Support and guide TSD in Building Fire Safety Plan (BFSP) implementation and fire-safety compliance activities.
• Manage annual fire drills, review facility modifications, and conduct SME technical evaluations.
• Engage with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and promote understanding of Building Fire Safety Manual obligations.
• Maintain accurate fire-safety records, manage training documentation, and prepare performance reports for TSD Leadership and the FLS Committee.
• Identify, mitigate, and resolve fire-safety and project-delivery issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Fire Protection, or specialized Airports & Aviation Fire Life Safety Management.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in fire life safety or regulatory compliance.
• Deep knowledge of NFPA, IBC, and UAE fire safety codes.
• Expertise in airport fire-safety design and both active and passive protection systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and data-reporting tools.
• Strong skills in fire-risk assessment, stakeholder communication, and project coordination.
