About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute day-to-day second-line Treasury risk monitoring activities including tracking key risk indicators and limit utilization
- Support independent review and credible challenge of first-line Bank Treasury activities such as ALM analysis and balance sheet positioning
- Prepare and maintain ALCO and board risk committee reporting materials
- Maintain and update Treasury risk policies, procedures, and program documentation in alignment with regulatory guidance
- Support review of stress testing scenario design, assumptions, and outputs
- Coordinate regulatory exam preparation and respond to OCC and internal audit requests
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related quantitative field
- 5+ years of experience in Treasury risk management, ALM, or liquidity and funding risk in banking
- Working knowledge of OCC, FDIC, FRB, and interagency guidance
- Experience with risk reporting, limit monitoring, or stress testing analysis
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience at a de novo bank or building Treasury risk capabilities from an early stage
- Familiarity with ALM modeling concepts like EAR and EVE analysis
- Experience with ALM systems or quantitative risk tools
- Knowledge of OCC or Federal Reserve examination expectations for de novo banks
- Experience preparing ALCO governance materials
