Manager, Treasury Operations

Responsibilities

• Own the Treasury Operations function, including deposits and lending partner management
• Oversee daily cash management controls and reconciliation of complex account balances
• Manage incidents, impact assessments, and recovery from processing errors or outages
• Monitor borrowing requirements, lending facility concentration, and eligibility criteria
• Lead Snowflake-enabled processes and drive automation/AI for efficiency
• Provide guidance on product or business scope changes impacting existing processes
• Lead, mentor, and manage a dedicated treasury operations team
• Champion strong documentation and critical control functions

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Treasury Operations, Cash Management, or Treasury
• Experience in the banking industry or Canadian payments processing
• Strong understanding of payment processes and customer impact
• Highly organized with effective planning and time management skills
• Strong problem-solving and risk management capabilities
• Proven ability to take ownership and build world-class processes
