Manager, Treasury

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the global Payments Team responsible for daily wire processing, cash movements, and payment exception handling
• Oversee all outgoing cash flows, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to internal controls and bank requirements
• Evaluate current operational controls and procedures to identify opportunities for improved efficiency
• Enhance and maintain bank account validation and Standard Settlement Instructions (SSI) through routine audits
• Establish, refine, and enforce payment policies, approval workflows, and segregation-of-duties standards
• Coordinate with Capital Activity teams on cash calls, distributions, and complex fund-related movements
• Partner with Compliance, Operations, and Legal to ensure adherence to AML/KYC and regulatory requirements
• Drive treasury technology initiatives including payment automation, bank APIs, and ISO 20022 readiness

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Treasury, Payments, Fund Operations, or related financial operations
• Proven experience managing or overseeing a payments function or operational team
• Strong knowledge of wire processing, banking portals, cash movement controls, and exception management
• Familiarity with SOX, internal controls, approval workflows, and user entitlements
• Working knowledge of capital calls, distributions, and fund structures
• Exposure to SWIFT and ISO 20022 formats
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other professional productivity applications
• Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in finance or accounting

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with treasury technology such as Kyriba or GTreasury
• Experience with Bank Fee Analysis or PowerBI
• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation
