Manager, Treasury ALM

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily liquidity, cash management, real-time clearing, and multi-currency settlement operations.
• Manage duration and liquidity mismatches across traditional and crypto markets, including IRRBB framework monitoring and balance sheet stress-testing.
• Monitor live crypto risk incidents and manage real-time exposures for long and short positions.
• Deliver strategic proposals to the Asset-Liability Committee (ALCO) regarding long-term investments and MMF allocations.
• Contribute directly to ICARA and ILAAP regulatory delivery.
• Direct, mentor, and develop a team of four treasury professionals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of core treasury experience in corporate treasury or financial institutions.
• Proven expertise in Asset-Liability Management (ALM) structures.
• Fluency in both traditional finance (SWIFT, SEPA, pooling) and digital asset markets (stablecoins and crypto assets).
• Strong working knowledge of regulatory frameworks including MiCAR, EMI, and MiFID II.
• Proficiency with Treasury Management Systems (TMS), banking APIs, and blockchain analytics.
• Fluency in both German and English.
