Manager, Travel & Expense

Responsibilities

• Serve as the business owner and governance lead for the Concur expense platform
• Oversee the corporate card program, including policy design and relationship management
• Develop, maintain, and enforce T&E policies and procedures
• Own the end-to-end traveler experience and identify friction points in the lifecycle
• Partner with Accounting, Finance, HR, Legal, and Vant teams to align processes
• Design and maintain the expense report audit framework using automation tools
• Lead T&E-related vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives
• Prepare and present T&E spend reporting and analytics to senior leadership
• Drive strategic planning for the T&E pillar and travel program benchmarking

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Travel Management, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in travel program management or T&E operations
• Working knowledge of Concur or similar T&E platforms
• Experience managing a corporate card program
• Strong knowledge of T&E policies, internal controls, and compliance
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights
• Highly organized and detail-oriented

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with duty-of-care programs and global travel risk management
• Experience in a pharmaceutical, biotech, or professional services environment
