Manager Transformation Office, Strategy and Operations

Responsibilities

• Support core transformation processes, including initiative definition, value sizing, and confidence assessment.
• Maintain and operate transformation tracking tools to ensure data quality and ongoing updates.
• Track initiative progress against plans and proactively escalate risks, slippage, or gaps.
• Partner with Finance and People & Culture to ensure value initiatives translate into credible financial outcomes.
• Prepare executive-level materials, including SteerCo content and decision-ready insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional pillar teams to pressure-test assumptions and support execution.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in consulting, transformation, strategy, or operations within complex organizations.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in business case support and financial impact translation.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience engaging senior leaders.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and fast-changing environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in PE-backed environments, merger integration, or enterprise transformations.
• Familiarity with transformation tracking tools such as Shibumi or other PMO platforms.
• Background supporting Finance, Operations, or Technology initiatives.
