Manager - Transfer Pricing

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of client portfolios within the Consumer Products and Healthcare sectors
• Manage and mentor a technical team of 3-6 people, overseeing workload and professional development
• Develop and implement account strategies for Transfer Pricing (TP) offerings
• Prepare and review transfer pricing documentation studies and technical deliverables
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders across service lines
• Identify new business opportunities and support cross-selling of Tax and other advisory services
• Represent the firm in discussions and negotiations regarding Advance Pricing Agreements and Mutual Agreement Procedures
• Monitor and report on sales opportunities, pipelines, and wins

Requirements

• Qualified Chartered Accountant or MBA
• 5-8 years of relevant Transfer Pricing and International Tax experience
• Deep knowledge of OECD TP Guidelines and global transfer pricing regulations
• Expertise in Indian GAAP and International GAAP accounting standards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Experience handling litigation for transfer pricing cases before tax authorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on large-scale, complex inbound and outbound Transfer Pricing projects
• Knowledge of BEPS 1.0 and 2.0 developments and evolving global tax changes
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to interact confidently with senior executives
