Manager Transactions/Leasing

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and sourcing prospective tenants for commercial properties
• Support senior team members in leasing transactions and client coordination
• Maintain property listings and databases of available commercial spaces
• Coordinate and schedule site visits with prospective clients
• Prepare and share proposals, brochures, and leasing documents
• Assist in lease negotiations under guidance from the senior team
• Keep track of leasing pipeline and prepare regular reports
• Liaise with landlords, property owners, and brokers for property listings and updates
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis in target micro-markets
• Support documentation, due diligence, and compliance processes
