About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage financial due diligence assignments on both buy-side and sell-side transactions
- Work directly with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored transaction solutions
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering professional development within the team
- Collaborate with partners and stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality, timely advisory services
Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Proven experience in transaction services
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple client engagements effectively
- CA/CPA qualification (or equivalent) is highly desirable
