Responsibilities

• Use financial acumen and knowledge of accounting standards like GAAP to assist clients with M&A financial and tax issues
• Draft EBITDA tables with supporting calculations and net working capital analysis
• Lead management meetings for due diligence projects
• Highlight risks and opportunities regarding gross margins, working capital, or synergy assessments
• Coordinate and manage engagements throughout the transaction life cycle
• Coach and provide performance feedback to junior team members

Requirements

• CPA, CA, or MBA in Finance
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting
• 5-7 years of relevant experience
• Minimum 2 years of transaction experience focused on quality of earnings, net working capital, and cash flows
• Ability to travel as required
