Manager, Transaction Services

Responsibilities

• Project manage the delivery of financial due diligence engagements from start to finish
• Analyse and interpret historical financial statements and management accounts to understand business operations and performance drivers
• Prepare financial databooks, including quality of earnings, working capital, and net debt
• Lead and participate in Q&A sessions with client management teams
• Lead the drafting of BDO report deliverables and coordinate report structures with team members
• Support and mentor junior team members within the Transaction Services team
• Contribute to proposal development, business development, and practice management activities
• Cultivate long-term client and advisor relationships

Requirements

• Relevant experience in a professional services firm (ideally in corporate finance or audit)
• CA qualified or equivalent professional qualification
• Exceptional analytical skills with experience using Power Query and Power BI
• Strong time management and stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong work ethic, interpersonal skills, and high attention to detail
