Manager, Transaction Management

Responsibilities

• Manage acquisition and disposition transactions from contract ratification through settlement
• Supervise, train, and performance-manage Transaction Coordinators and Settlement Processors
• Establish, track, and manage KPIs for all team members
• Develop and update all policies and procedures, including training documentation
• Personally manage a portfolio of transactions while reviewing teamwork for accuracy
• Review contracts, addenda, and HUD/Closing Disclosure statements
• Coordinate with lenders for new acquisitions and manage construction loan draw requests
• Oversee property listings, photography, and virtual staging
• Serve as the escalation point for complex transaction issues involving title, surveys, or utilities
• Coordinate with Sales and Construction teams to ensure smooth handoffs

Requirements

• 2+ years of people management experience in settlement, title, or transaction management
• 5+ years of real estate transaction experience
• Proven experience managing high-volume acquisitions and dispositions
• Bachelor's degree required
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Ability to independently resolve complex real estate transaction issues
