About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of consultants to drive sales performance
- Implement performance reviews for the sales team
- Identify and target potential individuals for training academy programs
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
- Conduct research on potential students to understand specific training and development requirements
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with individual learners to encourage repeat business
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contractual agreements to close sales
- Collaborate with Operations teams to ensure programs meet student expectations
- Meet and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and performance metrics
Requirements
- Strong background in B2B Sales and Business Development
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience selling training, certification, or educational programs
- Deep understanding of training and development programs and their impact on organizations
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
- Must be based in Cairo
