Manager Training (Sales)

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of consultants to drive sales performance
• Implement performance reviews for the sales team
• Identify and target potential individuals for training academy programs
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
• Conduct research on potential students to understand specific training and development requirements
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with individual learners to encourage repeat business
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contractual agreements to close sales
• Collaborate with Operations teams to ensure programs meet student expectations
• Meet and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and performance metrics

Requirements

• Strong background in B2B Sales and Business Development
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience selling training, certification, or educational programs
• Deep understanding of training and development programs and their impact on organizations
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
• Must be based in Cairo
