About the role
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and improve comprehensive training programs for onsite and corporate property management staff
- Create standardized training materials including manuals, SOPs, e-learning modules, and video tutorials
- Lead end-user training for new property management software, CRM, and maintenance platforms
- Translate company policies into actionable training content and rollout plans
- Establish and track training KPIs including completion rates and time-to-proficiency
- Facilitate live training sessions both in-person and virtually
- Manage an LMS and maintain records of completions and certifications
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in training, learning & development, or organizational effectiveness
- Experience developing and delivering training for distributed, operational workforces
- Experience leading software adoption and change management initiatives
- Proficiency with LMS platforms and e-learning authoring tools
- Strong instructional design skills
- Ability to build tracking systems and interpret training metrics
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
