Manager - Training & AI Activation, Revenue Enablement

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and deliver ongoing training on product updates, market trends, and selling techniques
• Partner with Revenue Enablement roles to identify training gaps and create instructional materials
• Design and deploy onboarding programs for revenue functions
• Coordinate AI functionality to support prospecting, campaigns, active opportunities, and renewals
• Standardize sales processes and workflows, implementing tools and automation to improve efficiency
• Establish metrics and reporting to measure training effectiveness
• Work with sales leadership to convert competitive intelligence into actionable strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in a sales enablement role
• Proven experience developing AI-focused training programs
• Proficiency in English
• Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in instructional design or sales training
• Expertise in Salesforce within a complex global deployment
• Experience with sales enablement platforms such as Seismic or Highspot
• Background in HR, talent acquisition, or recruitment
• Knowledge of tech/sales training platforms like Articulate
