About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the TLM Support Helpdesk and provide oversight to employees regarding performance management and capacity planning.
- Support Client Operations to assess, research, and document business needs related to the TLM (Transaction Lifecycle Management) application.
- Resolve issues and improve processes by recommending business solutions that meet stakeholder needs.
- Liaise with Risk & Compliance to ensure operational control policies and procedures are appropriately implemented.
- Mitigate financial and reputational risk by maintaining appropriate structures, resources, and controls in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Lead project planning processes and contribute to the review of SLAs and Business Continuity documents.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of financial services industry experience in an operations environment.
- Strong people management and leadership skills.
- Detailed knowledge of TLM applications.
- Proven experience in cash and asset reconciliation.
- Knowledge of Custody and Banking/Funding operations.
- Experience in Custody or Shareholder services.
- Understanding of related functions such as Entitlements, Cash Management, Settlements, and Fund Accounting.
- Ability to work UK region hours (typically between 4pm – 1am or 5pm – 2am), with flexibility required to support business needs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with core platforms including TLM Premium, Milvus, W360, BaNCS, Polaris, Tableau, JIRA, or Confluence.
- Superior interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong orientation toward innovation, change management, and risk mitigation.
