Manager Technology Transfer Projects

Responsibilities

• Manage project management and customer care for process transfer activities including process validation
• Act as the contact person for international and national customers and internal colleagues
• Create offers for transfer projects
• Assist in structuring and negotiating QAA, technical, and commercial supply agreements
• Independently manage transfer projects and implement new products
• Implement new manufacturing processes in cooperation with production departments
• Coordinate and evaluate analytical results with Quality Control
• Coordinate and monitor the production of clinical samples
• Actively participate in the continuous optimization of the BM department
• Represent the company at potential cooperation partners and congresses

Requirements

• Degree in natural sciences
• At least 3 years of professional experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing
• Structured work organization for multi-project management
• High level of communication skills
• Strong team spirit and ability for interdisciplinary teamwork
• Proficient in MS Office and MS Project
• Excellent German and good English language skills
