Manager - Technology in Deals, Deal Advisory

Responsibilities

• Lead technology due diligence engagements to assess target companies across applications, data, infrastructure, and cyber security.
• Design, plan, and execute technology integration and separation programs.
• Develop technology principles aligned with business strategy and estimate cost impacts such as synergies and standalone costs.
• Design interim and target state operating models (e.g., Day 1, Day 2) and identify Transition Service Agreements (TSAs).
• Manage program mobilization and execution to ensure successful deal outcomes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in scoping, planning, and executing technology integration or separation programs.
• Strong knowledge of technology strategy, architecture, and tech stack design.
• Experience delivering technology due diligence engagements.
• Current knowledge of technology resilience, cyber security, and technology risk.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills to present complex findings to diverse audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Specialization in a deal context, such as M&A due diligence or post-merger integration.
• Experience managing technology financials and program design.
