Manager - Technology Consulting (Financial Services)

Responsibilities

• Lead technology workstreams for IT strategic planning engagements for banks and financial institutions using TOGAF and COBIT frameworks.
• Drive technology workstreams for system migrations, including mergers, acquisitions, carve-outs, and core system modernizations.
• Manage end-to-end migration processes including due diligence, operational readiness, cutover, deployment, and business continuity.
• Act as the primary point of contact for technology workstreams and present progress updates to senior client leadership.
• Manage and mentor consultants and senior consultants within EY teams.
• Ensure all technology transformations maintain strict regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in technology consulting, IT advisory, or technology transformation.
• Manager-level experience within a professional services or consulting environment.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale system migrations, platform modernizations, or enterprise transformation programs.
• Mandatory knowledge of Indonesian banking IT regulations (OJK, BI).
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT domains including application, data, infrastructure, network, and security.
• Mandatory knowledge of virtualization, containerization, and networking.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications

• TOGAF certification.
• IT Architecture, cloud, or security certifications.
• Experience in core banking systems.
• Korean language proficiency.
• Experience working within the Indonesian subsidiary of a global or regional bank.
