Manager - Technology Advisory

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of technology, data, and AI advisory services to ensure high-quality client outcomes.
• Manage and mentor teams of consultants and senior consultants, providing professional guidance and support.
• Facilitate client workshops, drive deep analysis, and present strategic insights to senior stakeholders.
• Build trusted client relationships to help identify root causes of business challenges and realize benefits.
• Oversee engagement pursuits, including lead qualification, opportunity identification, and proposal development.
• Collaborate with sector and technical experts across the firm and global teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience communicating with and influencing stakeholders ranging from analysts to senior executives.
• Demonstrated experience leading analysis and delivering projects in areas such as strategy development, enterprise architecture, or infrastructure design.
• Strong expertise in operating model design, IT business case development, or digital transformation program delivery.
• Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage all aspects of a consulting engagement in a dynamic, results-based environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Public Sector technology consulting.
• Background in significant technology transformation initiatives coupled with internal consulting experience.
