About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the Technical Services team for the Americas, managing technical consultants to deliver high-quality implementation and consulting services.
- Assign team members to projects based on workload, skills, and customer needs, ensuring appropriate delivery coverage.
- Act as the first level of escalation for technical customer issues and drive timely resolutions.
- Partner with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams to prioritize technical issues and validate new features.
- Set goals for direct reports, provide ongoing coaching, and manage performance and career development.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance delivery consistency and operational rigor.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in technical services, professional services, solutions consulting, or a related customer-facing technical function.
- 2+ years of people management experience leading technical, implementation, or delivery teams.
- Experience in resource allocation, project staffing, and performing solution estimates for multiple concurrent engagements.
- Proven ability to lead technical escalations and work cross-functionally to drive resolution.
- Strong background in customer implementations or technical consulting for SaaS commerce, martech, or enterprise platforms.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SaaS commerce, martech, search, or related enterprise platforms.
- Familiarity with complex enterprise implementations involving architecture reviews and go-live support.
- Experience working within a global, cross-functional organization with distributed teams.
