Manager, Technical Scrum Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead, build, and coach high-performing cross-functional teams in the delivery of technology-related products and projects.
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, demos, and iteration meetings.
• Manage development tracking systems, including product and sprint backlogs.
• Remove roadblocks to product development and architecture to ensure smooth delivery.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for agile methodologies and best practices.
• Manage stakeholder expectations regarding target scope, schedule, and budget.
• Help teams estimate iteration deliverables and optimize sprint velocity.
• Hire, evaluate, and supervise crew members, providing guidance and training to support professional development.
• Promote continuous communication and monitor team dynamics to foster a collaborative environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Agile software development.
• At least 2 years of experience leading large cross-functional teams on enterprise technology initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong expertise in Agile team leadership, stakeholder management, and backlog prioritization.
• Proficiency in agile tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
• Excellent collaboration, verbal, and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced graduate degree in a technical field.
• Professional certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Agilist, PMI-ACP, or ICAgile Certified Professional.
• Demonstrated ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement in fast-paced, enterprise-level environments.
